Ini adalah resepi ayam dalam renangan kuah santan putih...resepi ini digelar 'ayam putih' oleh sesetengah bahagian di Perak...hehe..cubalah...
Bahan-bahan:ingredients:
1000 gr chicken
1 sereh (lemongrass), crushed
4 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
4 salam leaves
3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
250 santan asli (thick coconut milk)
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:bumbu:
6 shallots
4 cloves garlci
5 kemiri (candlenuts)
2 tsp jinten (cumin)
1 tsp pepper
4 cm jahe (ginger)
1 tsp asem (tamarind)
Cara membuat:preperation/method:
Cut the chicken into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste and mix it with the chicken. Let it rest for 45 minutus.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the chicken with the paste, the sereh, the cinnamon, the cloves, the salam and the jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Then add the santan and the salt and let in simmer slowly for 30 minutes until the meat has cooked.
